Admission
Admissions at Shaheed Chandra Bhan Singh Memorial Academy are open for Nursery, LKG, UKG, and Classes I to IX. Parents may collect the Admission Form from the School Office during the month of November each year. Admission is granted strictly as per school norms and subject to availability of seats.
Registration Requirements
To apply for admission, parents must duly fill in the Registration Form and submit it along with the following documents:
- Proof of Age: Birth Certificate issued by the Registrar
- Two recent passport-size colour photographs each of the student, father, and mother
- Bonafide Certificate from the current / previous school (where applicable)
Documents Required at the Time of Admission
Once the student is shortlisted, the following documents are mandatory for confirmation of admission:
- Report Card of the last school attended
- Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school
Admission Process After Registration
- Applicants are assessed through a written test based on the NCERT syllabus, conducted on a pre-informed date and time.
- Shortlisted candidates may be invited for a personal interaction/interview with the student and parents.
- The final list of selected candidates will be displayed on the School Notice Board.
- Admission must be completed within one week of the declaration of results, subject to fulfillment of all formalities.
